Write a note to your flatmate with all this information:
-You can´t find something important in your flat. Ask him/her if he/she knows where it is. Tell your flatmate to phone you if s/he can help and leave a phone number.
-You are also going to do some sport, in your note say where you are going and when you will be back. Say if you want dinner.
- Peter called your flatmate. Say why.
